My puppy’s enjoyment of car trips decreased when he outgrew his first car seat. Once we got the Dog dock, all is well during our travels!
I have written multiple times since my order arrived and I get no answer: just marketing mails and requests for reviews. So now you have the first 1 start review from me, which is clearly internal, but if I do not hear back and get resolution my next 1 star reviews will be public. I am also a small business, so I try to be understanding, but I do not like the impersonal way your company communicates and I do not like paying money for things that arrive damaged and no one answers the mails.
Shipping was way longer than stated and came from abroad, not from Manchester as advertised. The filling material is very lumpy so the finish to the bed is not the same as pictured on the site.. the hooks to secure the dog in the bed or tiny compared to what we have for our size dogs on our leads. Unfortunately, my dog did not stay in the bed for long and tried very hard to crawl out whilst driving. Finally, the link to unsubscribe to all the emails does not allow you to type in your details. Most frustrating.

I have had it 5 mins, she got straight in it & growled at me when I tried to get her out..

Absolutely love love love my car bed for my boy! He is comfortable and sleeps /settles so much quicker. The bonus for me is knowing how safe he is travelling now.
Copper has always enjoyed a ride out in the car, but he never really relaxed. Although he was strapped in he slid forward if the car stopped abruptly. We’ve done a few trips so far of various lengths now. He loves being higher on the seat so that he can look out of the window and he actually lies down and sleeps for the first time. He loves it!
The quality of the cushion filling is cheap and just lumps and off cuts of foam. The fabric of the cushion was made out a paper like fabric and would not with stand a wash in a washing machine.
It was ripped on arrival and the foam was spouting out. Considering your product is the most expensive on the market the quality was shocking especially at such a high price point . Premium products advertised and promised cheap and poor quality provided
I collected my puppy yesterday from an animal welfare organisation. We had to drive 600 km home. Little Malo felt at home from the very first minute and slept through almost the entire journey. I find the seat easy to fit and, thanks to the Isofix attachment, the additional securing straps and the two safety fastenings on the dog’s harness, my new companion travels safely and comfortably.
A piece of the fabric tore and the zip snapped as I was assembling the dog dock. All the zips seemed flimsy. We tried it once anyway and our dog did not like it, despite it being the XL size she (golden retriever) was cramped and got tangled with the restraining lead. Positives: it was attractive and I think a smaller dog could find it comfortable. I have chosen to return it and am awaiting customer services to confirm.
The Dog Dock V2 is lovely, padded, holds its shape, though much smaller than I had hoped, it certainly won’t fit my two golden doodles in comfortably. I haven’t used it in the car yet as delivery took far too long than what we were led to expect.
Love it!! It took longer than expected to come but when it got here my baby loves it. As you can see she is right at home done about 80 miles today and she has been safe and happy thank you

Winnie loves this bed and is safe and warm when travelling in it. I can relax and concentrate on driving knowing she is in it and not moving around in the car. It's a great colour and well made.
Used our dog bed for the first time last weekend and this is a great piece of kit for your dog. Our lab was safe and comfy and the bed well fixed, it did not move at all. Our lab was very happy and slept all the way home, a 2 hour drive. Easy to put together and easy to clean. Would highly recommend and great to support small retailers. Thank you
Our puppy is not keen on travelling in the car. He now is calm and falls asleep. He likes the fact that he can see us and I like the fact that he is safe and can't get out. It's very easy to wipe down.
A tight fit for a 3 door car but it just about fits. We had our first journey out with it today and it was a much better ride than what we’re used to. It’s great having multiple leads built into the bed, makes it that little bit easier taking both of them out in the car and keeps them more safely restrained than the separate ‘seatbelts’ I had been using.
Twig is a Parson Jack Russell and she travels about with me at work, we can do hundreds of miles in a day.
Although I had her secured into the seatbelt I was still a bit concerned about her safety. She likes to ride shotgun.
This bed is super easy to move from car to car, and even into friends houses for over night stays or a pub dinner.
She relaxed into it straight away, snoozing for most of the trip.
Very secure dock and Brodie seems to be comfortable. Need to try it out on a longer trip, but this looks to be the business. Love the iso fixes to keep it secure and the additional straps. The dock doesn’t slide around and remains in place. My dog is comfortable and safe. What else could you ask for. Oh..maybe a wagging rights harness! 👍😁
The dog dock was put together very easily it took Duggie 2 days before he went in it . I swapped the bottom foam chip cushion with an old pillow and he loves it now .
Love the whole idea of it . Bottom cushion could be a bit softer .

Really good quality bed which my dog seems to be loving. It is quite spongy which is great but a drawback is that she couldn’t get quite comfortable on the backseat. I’ve also bought a footwell filler so she gets the benefit of extra support. Ever since we put that in, she’s loving it.
Fantastic quality fabric, really sturdy seat for my passenger princess.
My girl Luna hates the car but I think that’s partly down to never feeling very secure in her old seat and it sliding about on the back seat a little, this fits securely into the isofix and has not slid around at all.
Very easy to assemble, took less than five minutes.
I would 100% recommend this as THE most secure seat I’ve ever bought.
I’m not going to say she loves it but she certainly looks a little less afraid of being in the car.
